You must provide the following:
• Digital photo in jpg or jpeg format with a white or blue background.
• A valid student or school ID card which states you are in full-time education OR a letter stating you are a full-time student in school, college or university
• Proof of your date of birth: Passport, national identity card.
• 400 rubles.

The standard ISIC card has a fixed validity of 16 months, from the start of the academic year.
